cbds is a Herdr plugin and command-line tool that dispatches tasks to agent panes and blocks on a structured completion report. Reports are written atomically to disk and accepted only when task and dispatch IDs match, so results survive orchestrator crashes and Herdr restarts. It also provides a task board, blocking worker questions, pane placement, and optional worktree isolation.
